Dear AA, AAA and Majors Baseball Families,
As we get ready to start the season, we are sharing the Regular Season Snack Shack schedule of volunteers. Your child’s name is on this list for several dates. ACTION REQUIRED: Review the volunteer assignments (link below and available on our website) and add your assigned shift to your personal calendar. You are expected to show up and work your shift. If you do not, the snack shack will CLOSE and not be available that day. You MAY swap your slot with someone else. As long as you have provided coverage AND they show up, you will have met your volunteering requirements.
2022 VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENTS
Griller Instructions (high level):
- Arrive at the Snack Shack at your assigned time
- Grill the recommended number of burgers and hot dogs (will be listed in the Snack Shack)
- Work with the shift volunteers to package burgers and hot dogs to be placed in the warmer
- Turn off the grill and return the grill tools to the inside of the Snack Shack
- Once the items are grilled and packaged, your shift is complete.
Shift Volunteers
- Arrive at the Snack Shack at your assigned time
- Fulfill orders from patrons
- Accept payment for orders
- More detailed guidance is in the Snack Shack to provide greater clarity on where to find things, but it really is as simple as that
- Stay until the next shift arrives. If they do not show up, contact the Snack Shack team (contact information in the shack) who will walk you through how to lock up the Snack Shack as it will close for the remainder of the day.
