Thank you to every Little League player, manager, coach, volunteer, parent and supporter for another great season! We have a few days left in the Spring 2017 season and wanted to share information about what you can expect in this last stretch.
Great Falls Little League Closing Day will be this coming Saturday, June 10th from 9:00 AM until dark. Come out to Nike Park for a full day of fun and activities as we celebrate another successful season of baseball and softball!
Closing Day Information (Saturday, June 10th):
- Schedule of events
- 9:00, 10:30, 12:00, 1:30, 3:00, 4:30 – T-ball and Coach Pitch games
- 10:00 AM: AA Championship Game (Nike 1)
- 12:00 PM: AAA Championship Game (Nike 2)
- 2:00 PM: Majors Championship Game (Nike 1)
- 4:30 PM: Graduation Ceremony for all LL 12’s
- 5:30 PM: Home Run Derby
- Snack Shack will be open all day long (to volunteer in the Snack Shack on Closing Day, click here)
- Great Falls Creamery will be selling ice cream for $3 each starting at 12:00 PM
- DJ will be on site from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Tailgate-style tents will be set up around Nike Park with tables for your use throughout the day. We strongly encourage teams to have end of the year parties using these facilities. If you would like to reserve a tent for a specific time, please email Julie Ryan. Otherwise, they will be first come, first serve.
Closing Day is full of fun! Come out and enjoy the championship games, cheer on our graduates and home run hitters and be part of the festivities at Nike Park! See you there!
***Please remember that the Baseball Coach Pitch and T-ball teams will continue to practice the week of June 12th and play their final games on Nike 3 on June 17th.
